Some of the root causes are related to the residential schools and all the trauma that came from that. A lot of intergenerational trauma issues are facing the younger fellas coming into the system. Unfortunately, when you look at their files and see why they're coming into the system, it's almost.... They look at the institution as a new residential school now. Those are still some of the causes as to why they're coming into care or custody.
