Just one thing, Mr. Chair. I know where you're going with it, and I appreciate that suggestion, but in all reality, until this House of Commons gets its act together on rules in committee, and it's not the wild west with every single damn committee having different rules, we'll never have that problem fixed. We're trying to live up to the basic rules we've done over the last four and a half years, and the reason we have problems is that everywhere it's different. It's amazing to think we don't even know what's unanimous and not unanimous consent in a committee. That's a larger issue, but if we want to have a committee with structure and rules, we can then pass it on to other committees.
