One of the things I have pointed out that I didn't refer to is that currently, if you're using a TTY or long distance, and a person is deaf, you get a reduction in price. Are they going to allow the same kind of price control for somebody with a disability who may require a higher quality of transmission that might cost more? There are a lot of questions. If the deregulation goes through without any oversight for social regulation, then we really are in serious trouble.
