Absolutely. It would vary from country to country. We're not obviously involved in the health sector in every country in which CIDA operates. The health sector is certainly one of our major areas, but it's not in every particular country. And that decision is taken based on CIDA's experience in that particular country, on Canadians' experience in a particular country, but also on working with the developing country to determine whether or not that's an area where they're looking for support from CIDA.
