More product could come into Ontario, for example. we twinned the pipeline, built a new terminal in Toronto, and those sorts of things. This takes enormous amounts of money. The rack price, as an example, in Toronto is at a level higher than other rack prices in the United States, but, one could argue, not high enough to attract more supply into the.... It's important for you and other parliamentarians to understand, though, that the free market works extremely well when there are a lot of competitors. The fluid of competition is the number of competitors.
