This is the 11th meeting of the Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology. The orders of the day are to continue our study of the review of Canada's service sector, and we have four witnesses with us here today.

First of all, from the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists, we have the national president, Mr. Richard Hardacre.
