Well, I was going to say the loss of one person in a five-person business is 20% of the workforce, so a small firm is not going to want to let employees go unless it's absolutely necessary, because they know—and it's related to the issue of the shortage of qualified labour—they have difficulty rehiring the kinds of skills necessary. That is part of the reason you see a little more stability in micro-businesses when they have the opportunity to do so.
