I'm wondering how you square that, sir, with the 8,000 people who die every day in Africa directly or indirectly as a result of AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, etc. What are your member organizations doing to specifically address the issue of second-generation needs for drugs to address these problems, and more specifically, pediatric drugs?
