Similar to that--but I think it should be in your department, and I invite others to share in this--is with regard to the reduction in the GST that took place a number of years ago. What happened to that? We've seen profits rise. We've seen the price of gasoline rise. What happened to that 2ยข that was removed? Who benefited from that?
