I assume you take the risk that within any initiative, and especially with something that is very groundbreaking and innovative, there are going to be failures and that's part of the risk process. I think what I heard some of you say is that what your centres are doing is providing a safer environment for this to happen at the beginning stages, but we don't seem to be providing enough support to follow through to take it to the next level. Is that the kind of thing we need to do more of?
