This last one is a very simple change in that the Income Tax Act needs to be changed slightly to change the CAVCO qualifications so that when they apply for a tax credit—and they get one point for having a Canadian composer—it should be a Canadian composer and also musicians; otherwise, it doesn't qualify as a point.
