I don't want to go back to the concept of targets, but when we look at this legislation in five years—and let's assume you're going to review it in five years—what should be the key components of that review? If you're going to generate a report, what would actually be reported on? This kind of indirectly goes to the concept of the definitions of diversity, targets, etc.
In five years, when this external commission is going to report, what is it going to report on or what would you recommend it report on?
