First of all, CASL amended our act in a couple of ways. Technologically neutral language was implemented within certain of our definitions. Amendments allowed us to be more targeted in terms of our enforcement in the electronic marketplace. CASL represents evolution, not revolution, for us. It didn't really impact on the work we do, how we allocate resources and the way we legislate, but digital economy and online advertising are a high priority for the bureau. We now have more specific tools to deal with false and misleading representations in the electronic space.
From that perspective, yes, it has been helpful, and the amendments have allowed for more efficient enforcement within the electronic marketplace.
