If Canada signs the agreement before May 1 or even a month before that, then you're going to be in a race against time because you're going to have to move up to 55,000 tonnes of product in a very short period of time, in two or three months. Is that right?
However, if the agreement is signed after May 1, you would have at least one dairy year to dispose of 55,000 tonnes before being subject to a 35,000-tonne ceiling. You would then go from 80,000 tonnes to 35,000 tonnes. Is that right?
