Ms. Wylie, the minister talked a lot about 300 consultations after he tabled the bill, not before. Looking at the list that he provided after we asked for it, I see that 28 were with academics and 216 were basically with big business and not really with people who are impacted, so it was sort of the converted talking to the converted.
I'd like you to talk a little more, if you could, to expand on your belief about why you think a proper consultation, with this bill defeated and reintroduced in a new format, would produce a better result.
