I'm sorry to do this. I understand that what you're trying to do is to have a fulsome discussion, but I think the chair has already ruled. You're asking questions about an amendment that we're not on. We're on the subamendment to CPC-7. This is a different amendment that you've put on notice.

I'm not sure why we're allowing questions on an amendment that's not on the table.
