It's not always a purely fraudulent player, but just a foreign player. He has the funds of a Canadian and then goes bankrupt in the U.S. or something like this. There is no way of getting the funds back, only because it's foreign, so yes, I do believe that there is an opportunity here for international coordination and potential agreements between Canada and other countries in order to make sure that Canadians can retrieve their funds in these circumstances.
