As I said in my remarks, I do believe the law can be more prescriptive in terms of making sure we get it right for children. That is something we've seen in other jurisdictions. They've done it separately in a different law with a specific children's code. I think we can make certain amendments to the law or have a separate regulation.
Part of the problem with a regulation, as Mr. Guilmain said, is that sometimes it takes forever to get there and to get that guidance, so it's not always best to leave it to regulation, but that is one way of doing it. I do believe there are ways of adding amendments and making them more prescriptive so we can get it right in the law.
