In fact, Mr. Gordon talked about the fact that they're at the level of yellowcake materials already. That's practically weapons-grade material; it's close. As I understand, I don't know if it was the U.S., but at least some countries had offered a nuclear program to Iran for peaceful means under strict conditions.
