In your presentation, you also referred to tolerance, on the one hand, and to the fact that some countries or delegations support the President of Iran, on the other. What do you think would be acceptable requirements, if we consider even a minimum level of tolerance?
Finally, you referred to prosecuting individuals for incitement to genocide. Given that no one has ever been convicted by anticipation for genocide, how do we decide between the rights of individuals and those of government, in the case of the President of Iran?
