Perhaps we should simply turn things directly over to you. Normally we give our witnesses about 10 minutes, more or less, to make opening statements. We're not very strict in policing that time. After that, we then commence questions. Depending on how much time we have available to us within the hour we've been allocated, we either have one round of questions or two rounds of somewhat briefer questions. We'll play that by ear.
