I'm encouraged just by the fact that in the midst of the tough times in Honduras—with 45 times the level of violence in Canada—you're actually able to be on the ground and increase functionality. The fact that you're focusing primarily on the murders.... I think you're quite right that if you get that right then those other crimes that are subsequent to that will obviously be easier to deal with, or at least they'll have the capability to deal with those.
Are you confident that you're going to see a levelling of effort in the work you're doing, whether it's for a more public crime or it's one involving an ordinary citizen like you or me who would be on a bus?
