We had Mr. Odwar here. I asked him a question as well about the African Union's holding back of the commission's report. You mentioned that this report would probably elicit sanctions, etc., against different people. He mentioned that without the release of that report no significant reconciliation can begin.

All I'm asking for is your opinion. Why is the African Union holding back on that report?
