Sir, the situation is not like what they say. Even though they have said they have relaxed the control over the people who fight for freedom and human rights, in reality we are still very much restricted. Whenever there is a visit from an international organization or from foreign agencies, they try to use every means possible to prevent us from getting in touch with those organizations. They harass us. They forbid us to leave the house.
Sometimes the restriction is so harsh that we cannot even get out of the house to buy food or other necessities of life. As well, if some of us, like me, are brave enough to get out of the house, then they hire thugs to beat us up, to harass us, and cause trouble and injuries to us.
