First of all, Ángel, I want to say to you that the grace and courage I am seeing here today are very impressive. I'm not going to ask you a direct question but to comment on what you've been through with the loss of your family members and your son. I had a son with cancer. I know what that does to you, and to be detained during a time where you were trying to help and you were unable to and to come out of that prepared to come before us here today, I think is exceptional. There's huge importance in what you're doing here, because tens of thousands of Canadians travel to Mexico every year and need to know and understand clearly what's happening. Your testimony is extremely helpful in that area.
But I want to turn to Luis at this point. I'd like to know what you believe was the outcome of the UN rapporteur's visit to Mexico. Were there benefits seen in that?
