I don't have our numbers committed to memory on the kind of trade that we do with the Democratic Republic of Congo. You're suggesting that if a country like Canada—and obviously we would have to have more partners and acting alone wouldn't be the only thing—used the new legislation that we have, our Magnitsky Act, to actually sanction particular people in Kabila's regime, and isolate them, or at least threaten to do that if they weren't free and fair elections, that would be substantial in bringing some pressure on this regime and bringing about a fair result?
