As far as I know, none other than the UN. At the embassy level, there may be some, but the largest observation mission currently under way in the DRC is the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, or MONUSCO. That is the mechanism through which the entire international community is monitoring the situation in our country.
