It's mostly about the fact that we're seeing the patterns of behaviour—the oppression against Rohingya—throughout the country, and we have been seeing it for decades. We need to be looking at the whole picture, and looking at the basic project of the government and military of creating a nation. Burma has never really been a nation.
If we only look at the Rohingya, we're not looking at the bigger picture of the conflict, or the fact that various other ethnic groups are also trying to seek rights for self-determination.
