I think this depends very much on the designs that are put forward. It's our belief that an ombudsperson, if constructed in a way that is multi-stakeholder, would be able to have more investigative powers and perhaps, shall we say, a slightly sterner role. The CSR counsellor, if I may, works and operates very much in the way of prevention and addresses conflicts...and tries to address potential conflicts very early and works in the realm of prevention.
