The very short answer is that there needs to be much more oversight over this process that is happening at the moment. For the children who do end up in these centres, as there are a number of them now, it's often dependent on their clan and their economic status whether they end up in those centres or whether they end up in prison. At the moment, I think one of the big concerns we have is that there is no oversight over the intelligence screening of children, so this leaves a lot of arbitrariness in the process. I think also, at the political level, that's where the push needs to be as well.
