Where do you see this going in the future? If you're talking about their being on a tipping point, where do you see it going? What are the two potential directions? Is it just a case of needing to keep international pressure on them and eventually they're going to change their ways, because it doesn't seem that they want to do that? You said there is no demonstrable or concrete improvements in human rights. I think both of you said that. But where do you see this going in the next six months or a year?
