Ms. Moran, there's nothing personal here. We're trying to help the NCP and the ombudsman to be able to act, precisely, in cases like Frontera, which is an appalling problem right now. It's a Canadian mining company, and we're actually trying to give you more power. I think you deserve to have more power to be able to act.
It's really nothing personal, Ms. Moran. I'm just trying to understand. You found out last week that there was a problem with Frontera, when you're an agency that should have power and that should have been able to act long before that.
