Today's meeting is taking place in a hybrid format. Members are attending in person in the room and remotely using the Zoom application.

Before I begin, I want to note that the subject of the first part of today's meeting is the unlawful transfer of Ukrainian children to Russia. Now, please join me in welcoming the first witness appearing this morning, Mr. Andriy Kostin, prosecutor general of Ukraine.
