I guess, in one minute, I would just say I hope this committee assesses this negotiated agreement objectively. I would hope that as witnesses come before the committee the discussion is focused on the realistic options or alternatives we face as a country that confront the softwood lumber industry. I would hope that people give consideration to the fact that this agreement is good for Canada, it is good for the industry, and it will also help to herald a period of much greater collaboration and better trade relations with our American neighbour.
