I'm not sure there's much they can put in that would satisfy. First of all, the way we read the labour rights side agreement, it seems that if someone is caught murdering a trade union activist, they get a fine of up to $15 million. That doesn't warm our hearts.
The basic thing we'd like to see is a commitment from any government we're going to deal with that they respect human rights and human life. If they can't make that commitment in a preamble to a trade agreement, I don't know why we would sign an agreement with them or with anyone who doesn't have that respect.
