Free tofu? That's good, Scott.
We do have just a couple of minor things. Let's get them out of the way, and then we can decide whether or not we want to spend the rest of the afternoon here.
The first is the usual motion to pay the bills. I think everyone knows about this stuff.
On Wednesday, March 3, 2010, the House of Commons adopted the following order:
That, for all standing committees, routine motions in effect at the time of prorogation of the previous session be deemed to have been adopted in the current session, provided that committees be empowered to alter or rescind such motions as they deem appropriate.
Accordingly, the routine motions that were in effect at the time of prorogation are reinstated. The clerk will reflect the House order in the minutes of this meeting. The committee can, if it chooses, amend any of these motions.
Finally, for our purposes, the clerk has distributed a copy of all the motions to committee members.
So really, I guess you're going to save us some time, Mr. Clerk.
Does anybody have any changes to what we did last time? This is really just about paying the bills, the order of speaking and the length, and all those kinds of things.
