Very intense negotiations took place, and an agreement was concluded around October 10 of this year. The agreement was a tripartite one among the unions, the employers and the government. Following these lengthy negotiations,a consensus was reached and the legislation was subsequently amended in compliance with the tripartite agreement. So, the issue has finally been resolved.
