Here's the situation: what if you had a law that stated that if you do not move on this particular land—whether it was concerning timber rights, or whether it concerns an oil find—and if it's particularly egregious to the public, does the government have the right to say that you don't have it anymore and that they're going to give it to somebody else to use?
