So putting resources on the ground; enhancing the role of trade commissioners; building a less photo op-driven and more long-term approach, including getting that small number of SMEs that export, and getting more of them exporting, do you feel that's a better long-term approach, that it doesn't provide for a good short hit in politics, but it's probably the more prudent long-term approach?
