It would be a bit of both. Right now, the federal government provides us with roughly $600,000 per year to support export development around the world. We don't export a lot of wine, but to be able to do more of that, the funding we get supports both domestic and international development, so that's very important in terms of the domestic market as well.
Where we're lagging is in the ability to compete on price and the ability to continue to compete on quality. You have the Europeans, the Americans, and the Argentinians; these guys get the best technology in the world. As I mentioned, if Europe gives you 40ยข on a dollar to invest in a tractor or a piece of high-tech equipment, that's a 40% advantage they have over Canada.
