We've been talking to a number of companies, not just about this but also about CETA . One of the things we hear is that there are some real challenges with in-house company expertise for new foreign markets. It has been our recommendation that the Department of Global Affairs and the Government of Canada look at expanding the trade commissioner service, not just in key distant markets, but to specifically look at ways they can help companies build more of an in-market presence.
