It has a real impact. The tax is $30 million a year. Every year, we have to pay that amount because of those charges. We are not alone. There are two other companies that are not subsidized in Canada—one in British Columbia and one in New Brunswick. They also have to pay the tax, which I believe is illegal. That has major impacts, as it jeopardizes those companies' long-term survival.
The U.S. will delay this as much as it wants. We were supposed to create with the United States a panel of experts 59 days after the payment. However, three months later, there is still no panel.
