Right now, with the numbers in India the way they are, the supply from the Serum Institute isn't even being exported to the other 91 lowest-income countries that it was promised to at the rate that it was promised, which is an impossible decision to make, because when COVID is anywhere, it's everywhere, and the moral imperative is also that if it's not going to be stopped everywhere, then it's going to be everywhere.
