Dr. Lilly, you talked a bit about anti-circumvention and anti-dumping with respect to what's going on with Chinese EVs and steel. We have a bad record under this government of responding to these issues. We were broadsided by 232 tariffs on aluminum and steel because we were viewed as the dumping ground for things in the United States. When the Canadian Steel Producers Association came before committee, they said the legislation in place in the system is not sufficient to deal with anti-circumvention. They've been calling on the government to make changes to that to prevent exactly what happened with the 232 tariffs, but nothing has changed.
Do you see it as a problem, as we head into this review, if something is not done to make sure we're not the dumping ground?
