However, the people you represent operate under a different model, which we respect, I repeat. They have access to business risk management programs, while those under supply management do not. The two models are hardly comparable, but they are the models that producers chose.
Don't you think it would be more constructive to focus on improving business risk management programs rather than working against supply management?
