However, I think natural gas and oil, for example, are basic products that are rarely limited by trade agreements. They are sold on the international markets, and a chapter about those products, which are traded pretty freely all over the world, is not really necessary. I am not an expert on the energy sector, so it is hard for me to say whether it would have been possible to include anything about the subject in this agreement.
