I think it's important to mention here that as far as ITAR is concerned, when you sign a contract—and you're a minister of the Crown; I've been a minister of the Crown—you work for the interests of Canada and Canadians. We were talking earlier about litigation. This is a problem that will only get worse, because when we're dealing with businesses and then have to make a choice between their employees and the contract, we're going to be in trouble.
