General Grant may be in a better position to answer, because he had a team of soldiers in Afghanistan as part of his task force who were often deployed forward with us and the other units. Their sole raison d'ĂȘtre was to be there to capture lessons learned and up-to-date changes in enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures, and to get those back to Canada and into the training system as fast as possible. So those experiences were learned and realized in Canada, and then subsequently incorporated into the training before deployment of the next set of soldiers coming over.
