I think if we have a meeting on Wednesday and we have time.... I know we've tried to accommodate whatever witnesses were on the list, but the sooner the better, obviously. But if we have an hour on Wednesday, I don't see why we shouldn't hear from the ombudsman. If he has something to say about the grievance process--that's one of the issues in the bill.
Whether we make a recommendation or a consequential amendment to the act is something separate entirely. If it's not within this act, then we may want to make a separate recommendation or separate report, if you want to call it that. So generally speaking, it's on the topic.
I don't see why we should waste the hour, I guess is what I'm saying.
