I think there's a distinction, though, between being an effective member of NATO and being welcome at the table. There's a distinction there. We shouldn't mix our words with the specific issues.
Do you feel that Canada, moving forward, should be involved in missions such as we were in Libya? In the future—who knows what will happen with the geopolitical climate in the Middle East with Syria—do you feel that Canada should participate in those missions, or should we sit on the sidelines?
